No car, you don't race much. Letting people keep the car is leting them do it again. Plenty of places to race legally - especially for someone with 50k wrapped up in a vehicle.

Same reason they take guns from poachers. So they can't do it again.

 

I didn't bother watching the video so I don't know where that took place, but here in the Civilized State, public crushing is sometimes performed as punishment for street racing. It is intended both to humiliate the owner / cause them anguish, and to serve as a highly visual deterrent.

Given the tradition of Forfeiture, Whipping and The Stocks as punishment in colonial America, I'd say that this form of public humiliation is not un-American.

Today I switched from ATT to Verizon, from HTC One X to SGS III. From RGB striped IPS LCD to Pentile matrix SAMOLED.

The pentile is pretty disappointing.

Why must people be such douche bags? It's a simple, reasonable question. Answer the question and you can go on your way. I've been seeing more and more of these videos lately, and most are ******* ridiculous. Sure there are some bad officers out there, but a lot of these videos are officers doing their job in a reasonable manner, and people simply refusing to cooperate. "But I have rights!" Go **** yourself.

 

They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

Now if I can finally actually get the plastidip on the car, and raise the ride height about 1/2" with some spacers and roll the fenders, I'll be pretty well off. Poor car has had it rough lately. This is the first time I have taken pictures of it in probably over a year. It's been ignored. With this ride height I rub even with small bumps and dips in the road. Hard turns also causes rubbing.

 

If you can bring it up here Friday or Saturday, I can probably borrow my buddy's fender roller and fix you right up.


If you'd rather raise it up and listen to Chevies Ridin High, that's cool, too.

Hell yeah, that would be awesome Chris. Yeah, if you don't mind and you can borrow it, I'd be willing to drive up and pay you for your time and effort. I was going to just rent one and do it myself, but I like this idea better.
