no flash light, no laser. All you are doing is giving the perp a place to aim for if you miss. My .357 has a red dot on it, and from the business end you can not tell it is on. I also have a very old (grandfather's) double barrel hammer type shot gun. We will just say it is modified, and I hope that no one ever has to receive the business end of it.

remember just the closing of a shot gun or pistol will send most burglers running for there life. That is why my next purchase will be a 870 express.

Ordinary flashlights are bad, but super bright ones like the surefires will blind whoever you point it at. You get like an hour of battery life from them but gunfights don't last that long.

I bought one of those 20 dollar kits that has a bunch of 3v batteries and a recharger so I don't have to spend 10 dollars a month replacing batteries on all my scopes and flashlights that take 3v batteries.

I wish it was easier to get tritium powered optics for non-insane prices.
