I bought a 94-95 coil pack from him in March off of the miata.net classifieds, paid in full. He has never sent it. Eventually, he replied that he was in a car accident and was in the hospital so that delayed shipping. I let it go as he said he would get it right out. I told him after about 30 days that I already sold the car it was going on and that he could just refund my money if he wanted. Right after that it he said it was supposedly shipped. Another week and said he would get me a tracking number. After allowing him the benefit of the doubt, I went beyond my 45 days with Paypal to reverse the charges. Since then no replies to my emails. Anyone know this guy? All I have is a Yahoo email address. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you aren't out too much money. I'm sure somebody here is good at the internet and can get some personal information about him from his email. Then hopefully somebody is local and wants to track him down for you.
