I think I may have found my car. Its listed for sale in Georgetown on CL, but I really am leary about driving 800 miles to look at it if its a basket case.

I know 170k miles is high, and it has the wrong wheels, but $3,800 asking price for a 95 M Merlot seems real fair...

If you like merlots you can find a better one, especially come spring time.

 

Why would they be cheaper in the spring? Or, do you mean they will be easier to find?

 

It's not wearing the stock BBS wheels, which makes it no different than any other C package car at that point (besides the funky purple color).
