I guess thats one way to protect your **** box from parking lot dings and dents.

 

I am not gonna lie, that is pretty awesome on an SUV like that. He even did a pretty good job with it from what I can see in the pictures. It doesn't look super ghetto or anything.

 

Good job or not, my concern is water getting in between the body and the diamond plate either expanding with the cold or just plain rusting through the body. NY also salts and sands its streets with even a flurry of snow, that car wont last long if that **** cant be washed out.

 

That has got to weight a ton more

 

I was gonna say, isn't this stuff heavy?

And expensive?
