If you can't find something you like at Bell's, you don't like beer.

I think two hearted is amazing, but it unfortunately raised my expectations so much that everything else they make seems disappointing by comparison.

QFT. This is the reason they don't test their products on animals. They have too many volunteers.

I guarantee that if you never have the opportunity to visit their brewery, you won't be dissapointed in their selection.
The food in the eccentric cafe however, is overpriced for what you get.
That isn't to say that cubes of bacon on a stick aren't delicious.

Honey and floral in the nose along with a slight yeasty note. Body is on the lighter side but has an appropriate amount of hop bitterness with a touch of malt. There is something else in this as well that i cant quite place, probably something herbal. Surprisingly enough, this is not an overly sweet beer, for a honeyed product its better balanced than most. The honey only shows up in the finish where it lingers in the mouth for a bit, rather than in the body as a cloying sickening hangover inducing sweetness that I've come to associate with beer + honey products.

I could drink a lot of this but at 7.5% it WILL sneak up on you. You IPA lovers will not be impressed

it really depends on your palate and what you are into.

Its a Braggot which is this whole wierd medieval beer/mead hybrid thing, but not what I was expecting for a Braggot. The other ones I've had previously have been very dry and herbal, or retarded sweet and herbal, almost medicinal. And that makes some sense because they were probably used as such in ancient times. I know a lot of people will find it very sweet and won't like it at all. I like trying weird stuff so this was right up my alley.

Its very different and worth a try if you can find it. I think this one came from the Bevmo? Its made by Sam Adams so shouldn't be too terribly difficult to find. If nothing else you can say 'tried that didn't like it' ad avoid similar things in the future. But hey that's a big part of trying different stuff.

Goddammit, camomile! Thats the flavor I couldn't identify. Im retarded seeingas it says it right on the bottle. Also Nobel hops for bittering makes sense, the style has a euro origin after all.

I take it you've had it? I remember trying to send you some last spring.

Anyway, i've got some choices. (this is before i drank that stout)
I can't get Yuengling locally, so when i buy it i stock up.

This was purchased for the ladies, but it is so bad even they didn't like it.

While in line at the store buying this the guy behind me said: "you know what the best thing to do with pumpkin beer? Throw it in the trash".

FTR (for the record) I had yuengling's newest release last weekend. IPL. That's right, India Pale Lager. 4 different hops in it. It's amazing. If you find it, pick it up.

They have a small app you can download that tells minute to minute what is on tap and who makes it. It is all fresh from the brewery in the back. This is their website: http://brewhub.com/

It looks pretty sweet but I have no idea if/when I'll have time to sneak away. I'm trapped in wedding hell for most of the time I'm in FL. My wife is a bridesmaid so ditching out is not an option. Plus I'll be in West Palm Beach for the majority of the time I'm out there, and that's a 2hr45min drive one way.

If I CAN make it work, the only day I'll be in decent range of the place is the 25th. It's a 45min one way drive from the hotel and while that isn't so bad, it cuts into vacation time with the wife. I'm not sure how receptive she will be to leaving the hotel to drive halfway across the state to watch me drink beer and talk about cars. But we'll see.

If I end up in Epcot the goal will be to once again drink my way around the world. I'll be sure to post pics.

Rufinal is hard to get but Benadryl is pretty easy to find. "Go have fun with your friends. I'm going to have a nap."
