Once again, not the greatest deal ever but. I'm picking up 1.8 motor on Friday that only has 31,000 miles on it for $750.

Damn, I sold a motor with 35k for half that. I'm the best giver of a deal so far...dumb too apparently.

My best deals are the 2001 Neon with 70k miles that I got for 1000. Was hit in the rear but had a guy pull it out and then I threw a trunk and bumper at it and it's now my daily driver.

Or, my 87 Jetta GLI with the Recaro interior. Bought it for 200 bucks. Got hit a few months later. The other guy's insurance totalled my car, gave me 2000 bucks, and then I bought the car back for 100 and parted out at least 1000 worth of stuff from it. Swapped all the good stuff into another Jetta I picked up with the insurance money.

I got the Speedster hard tonneau cover for free from a co-worker who sold his miata but couldn't find the keys to the tonneau (which I got made for $7.00). Unfortunately it's painted Mahogany Mica and my Miata is white...

a power glide is a superstrong GM tranny. asstral glued is ---- lube I think someone with some expereince should post on this subject
