I've done some serious damage with a Urethane supply co. plastic airless welder. It's a real plastic welder, with filler rod and all. Nylon filled a busted radiator inlet once, still held together when I sold the truck years later.

Kicks *** on bumper covers too. Last time I used it I saved a bunch of parts for a wrecked volvo, easily paid for itself many times over.

If I knew where the tabs for my gauge hood went, I'd try fixing that stupid thing...
