Well if you get mine running before Sunday that means Brain does not have to come over and get it running. Changing your avatar is much easier then fixing my car. So it is Win-Win for both of us.

My car starts and is timed. So I think I am no longer in this competition, unless my motor blows.

 

Most do without oil pressure.

 

I am hoping it is just my sender not screwed in enough. I will prob pull valve cover and make sure it was getting oil.

 

if your sender wasn't screwed in enough, you would not have an oil pressure problem. you would have an oil fountain problem.

Well I think Im on the fail side yet again. I took the car out, drove it around the block, got pulled over, snapped the alternator belt (again). I got home with 240 temps, a hissing radiator, and a smudge of oil/grease in the front of the engine.

 

yeah man you suck. my ***** running good. hopefully there will be no issues with the new manifold this weekend
