FYI, if you're just now jumping on this offer, you will only get 3 eBay auctions out of it, so make them count. It seems that if you started a Live CashBack account before they changed the rule, you'll still get your 12. I just made my 5th successful eBay cashback purchase with this deal last night.

Check out the Terms and Conditions on eBay's side of things. It says a user is limited to 3 auctions.

:EDIT: I'll have to look for it, I was reading it last night when I was making a purchase and was worried it wasn't going to work. I just looked at the basic terms and it still says 12. I'll post up when I find it.

I've been using this deal since August.

Summer tires
Winter Tires
Tires for my girlfriend's car
Some atheiest-children-get-presents-day presents
And now the 'squirt.

Buying tires with this discount kicks ***.

Here we go, this comes from the "See Conditions" link when you are confirming your Buy It Now purchase:

If you have exceeded the limit of permitted Cashback Rewards, eBay will notify you on the purchase review page of the "Buy-It-Now" transaction process. Please review the purchase review page carefully before you commit to buy. Cashback Rewards can not be transferred or applied to multiple eBay.com accounts
But if you click the "See Conditions" Link when you first get into eBay, this is Condition 1:

Cashback Program
The Microsoft Live Search Cashback Program provides cashback for up to 12 qualifying purchases per account on www.ebay.com. The amount of cashback will be determined by eBay, specified at the time of checkout on the "purchase review page" and equal to a percentage of the sale price (excluding shipping and handling fees, insurance fees and other such fees) ("Cashback Rewards"). The maximum amount of Cashback Rewards per qualifying purchase is $200.00 USD. In addition, all Cashback Rewards (including Cashback Rewards earned in connection with purchases made on websites other than www.eBay.com) are subject to the annual $2,500.00 per person cap set forth in the Program Terms.

yeah the conditions are screwy, one doesent mention using "or best offer" (the one that says its the offical terms), while ebay help says you cannot use or best offer, so I got fucked on that. O well.

I've used it 11 times so far. So if I can think of anything else I need I'll use it again and then see if it goes away.

ah i see the difference now.

if you notice, youre on ebay's "Ebay Motor's" section. Possibly it is a subdivision of ebay which covers all of the auto parts, and we are only available for 3 cashbacks through ebay motors. regular ebay still applies for all 12.

Party's over guys. No more Ebay cashback from Microsoft. I tried personally tonight and the bad news is confirmed on the SlickDeals forum.

It's dead? - Ebay Live Cashback now at 0%. *Official Thread*

I can't complain though, I bought a ton of stuff at 30% off. (Stacking the coupon for 40% was sweet too.)

That sucks. I didn't even use it once! I did all my Christmas shopping and everything I got was either an auction or not bought off ebay. Just got paid today and was gonna buy my Rota's for the miata this weekend. I thought I was getting fucked for not using it at 30%....now all I have is the 10% email. Hopefully it comes back at some point.

Right now all I can get to show is 8% cashback. I'm gonna wait it out and hold off until it goes back up to at least 20%....if it does.
