Was getting "called out" one day on some local forums. This person was making fun of (i guess?) my car by calling it "ms miata". Ever since then, the name stuck.

Michigan was AWESOME I though I saw a guy with a v6 mustang that read like MU5T4N6
or something like that where the letters and numbers were all scrambled

Lots of times people do the mix and match similar letters and numbers.
