This was this past weekend, LSU vs. South Carolina. Apparently the ref. is a former Kentucky linebacker (SEC rival of South Carolina) SEC (and the ref) have said that he was "trying to get out of the QB's way.." and there will be no fines or punishment of any kind. WTF?

**For the record, I'm not an LSU fan (or any other SEC team for that matter, I'm a die hard VT Hokies fan, so no bias here.)

 

Yeah I saw that on Yahoo news. How anyone can't clearly see that he intentionally knocked him down is beyond me. That ref should be banned for life.
