I'd probably get pretty pissed off if I were getting a bunch of hot beef injections too :giggle:

I just started on creatine (Green Mag from Controlled Labs), but I am on a cut. Consensus at bodybuilding.com seems to be it aids on retaining lean muscle mass, which is especially important when I'm eating a calorie deficit to lose weight.

Oops, completely forgot about this thread. Anyways...guess it's been about what...2 weeks now? The pills I'm taking is something like 2500mg a day...seems excessive but it's what the bottle says. Did anyone notice a difference in when you take the pills? The bottle says there's no correlation between time taking it and gaining mass but then again they could just be saying that so you waste more product. I haven't weighed myself since last week(going to do that today when I go to the gym) but I know that I've been drinking like 80oz of water a day, lol.

The major thing I've noticed is it seems to let you go longer on reps. Normally I might do 50 crunches and 50 pushups at a time, the last couple of times I was able to knock out 75 of each...maybe all in my head but it took longer for the burning to start. I'm not expecting to blow up here...but I would really like to pack on another 25lbs in the next 4-6 months...I think that's reasonable.

Train while cutting, you'll maintain your mass.

25lbs in a year is ambitious. Easy if youre black, not so easy if youre not.

I thought that was the whole point of taking creatine? It allows you to work out a little longer/harder before getting muscle fatigue.

That makes no sense??? How much weight you gain in a year will vary from person to person. If you are a relative beginner, 25 pounds the first year is not unachiveable. If you have been training for a while it would be more unlikely. Early on when I first started training I say big gains. As the years progress the gains slow dramatically. I put on 20 pounds my first year of training. back then, there were no supps, none that worked anyway. Liver tablets was about it. It was just eat and train.

i just wanted to take a moment to let all you fags know that I'm bigger and leaner than any of you will ever be in your pathetic lives.

Well i figured he was seasoned and training for a while, so 25lbs would be hard. Falling in line with your logic btw.

If he was seasoned and training for a while he'd probably know all this shit and not be asking the question on a car website.
