Curious
By far, the best homepage is my homepage <G>. Just an htm file that I threw together. Instead of going to my favorites for everything I just put links to them on a page and use wordpad to edit them whenever I find something else (like miataturbo.net) that I visit each day. I have 4 columns of links on the page (maybe 60 links) sorted into stocks, miata, hacks, video, etc so just about all the good stuff fits on there.
My "real" homepage is LVMOC.net, because I'm and officer there; but I keep this one tabbed also on the new ie. It's funny, but on our oldstyle webpage at LVMOC, postings will stay unread forever if I don't go into them. Here the "new posts" will exclude older ones I have not looked at. Maybe something in my settings?
i don't set forums as my home page because if i don't have time to look around on the forum before i go to another page (say, i just wanted to check the weather or something), then when i find time to go check the forum, the new posts list will be wrong.
i have google as my home page.
