Default Custom bodied Miata / 250 GTOish looken thing

Somebody took a NB and tried to make it look like a Ferrari 250 GTO. If you think it could be made look a little better, maybe with a different top, side body panels and wheels, it's up for sale on Ebay. I guess it looks OK, at least from the front, but it's obviously a kit and those wheels do not look right on the car.

The biggest problem with all these "conversions" and "look alike kits" is that the proportions are all **** and no matter how hard they try the car still looks like a retarded offspring of a miata and whatever the car they're replicating is.

Its not the worst one I've seen, in the ebay add you can see it with a soft top or no top and it looks better

Years ago I was going to build an Italia Miata until I saw one in person. It really wasn't that good looking and really killed the room you normally have under the hood (i.e. can't put a turbo in there).

Is that hardtop part of the kit? I'd like to see it on a regular Miata.

The door handles make it wrong and the exhaust I don't like. That top is pretty rad though. I like this kit way better than the NA italia.

With an LSx swap, I'd rock it.

You mean like this (5:21 into the video). Well, it is a 5.0 but you get the picture:

Isn't his a PitCrew front?

The PitCrew is my favorite conversion, looks great in black or green. Mr. Woolery's car looks awesome in person, too.

That car could definitely benefit from some wheel tuck. Anyone want to shop it?
