del Sol, Miata's top competitor in early 90's...

i can't say that i've driven one. as for a "properly setup FWD car", please. the amount of chasis tuning needed to play to a fwd layout obliterates it for anything other than track duty. EVEN if the car is DW.
i DO like the honda motors as a driver's motor. torqueless maybe, but it works well for their FWD products.

How much torque do you have? 200? 240?? Thats nothing for a h22 del sol. So while ur laughing at it for being FWD hes 10 cars in front of you. I personally hate FWD but I give props where it needs to be given. If FWD was really that bad then the MAZDASPEED 3 wouldnt beat the S2000 around laguna seca (latest motor trend magazine)

WTF is up your ***? do u understand that a HONDA doesnt need torque?? with 120 lbs of torque and 180 whp they will break high 12s. Thats all I wanted to say. I personally drive a miata and love it and would take it over any HONDA but It deserves respect for breaking sub 13s in the quarter mile even if it has 100 lbs of torque dont you thiNK? whatever im done with this thread.
