Default dieting could be the the most agonizing human experience

Seriously, my stomach is eating itself. 1100 calories is not much food.

Trying to add lightness to the car can be done other ways.
Living in hotels for long periods of time probably leaves you with a pretty crappy diet eh?
I think the taco bell i had for lunch was around 1100 calories in itself. I'm trying to gain weight. 6'3 and 170 lbs isn't anything to brag about.

Clean bulk?
Does that mean no more gaining weight merely around the midsection? I haven't been working out at all this year for some reason, gaveup maybe, now I just eat and study.

a clean bulk means you don't eat **** full of saturated fat and chemicals. Learn to cook, find a good workout regimin, and it will come together if you have the determination. I put on 51lb in 18 months of training (if you pull 6 months out for my injury rehab).

I have been unable to lose the 20lbs I put on after my motorcycle accident 2 years ago. I try to run but my knee just hurts too much, and then hurt more the next day. I have been to the weight room to strength train, but the pain just doesn't get any less after running. I don't like to just run to run, but it makes doing things like basketball, intermural flag football impossible to participate in. I think I need to go back to the doctor to get a cortisone shot. I haven't had one for over a year.

Elliptical machines are easier on the knees too.

I'm 5'10" and 135 myself with a fast metabolism. I eat whatever I want.

It really isn't about working out to lose weight man. Its the fact that I can longer play the competitive sports that I love. If I could, I'm sure I would return to my old weight and get rid of this spare tire.

1100 calories a day, how the **** are you living....thats no way to lose weight man, your body is going to switch into survival mode and start tearing at your lean mass before using your fat stores, and whatever you eat your body is going to do all it can to hold on to it, try 2,000 to 2,500 calories a day 50% proteins, 30% carbs,20% fats(healty fats, peanut butter, flaxseed, nuts(almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnu ts, etc), whole grain oats, breads, anything that has at least 3-4 grams of fiber.... I could go on and on. but from expirence I know alot

but dropping your calories to that extent is'nt going to get you far, when cutting you should only cut out 500 calories out of your daily reqiurement , depending on your activity level, age, height, current lean mass to weight ratio, I think you may be going a little extreme
