Electrical help
If I've replaced a solenoid with a resistance of ~13.5ohms with one that has a resistance of 23ohms is there any way that I can alter that 2nd value to match the first? I know that raising the resistance is easily done... Oh, its a 12v solenoid but not sure of the amps that it draws.
it wont make my drawing look correct.....

the x's are just supposed to take space.
that would make the total resistance 13.5ohms from the input to the output

a 33 ohm load in parallel with a 22 ohm load combines to a net of 13.2 ohms
But good job on checking mine. :gay:

Also he said 23 not 22. So (23*33)/(23+33) = 13.55
