Fat people like me cost America $147 billion
I'll bet you nobody had fresher free range chickens than the ones I was taking care of when I lived on the farm.
We had a few dozen in the custom made "coupe deville" and I used to hook the new holland up to it once every couple weeks and move them to fresh fields.
The eggs were THE BEST eggs I've ever eaten in my life. People literally used to raid us at the market when we would go drop them off.

Exactly my point... In foreign countries/some states it's normal for a family to have a little garden farm with chickens or other animals.

Stop spending my money on your healthcare, fatties!
For god's sake, don't eat until you are actually hungry, not just out of boredom. And eat quality food, and eat it slowly. I wait until I feel the slight effects of hunger (impaired mental acuity is most apparent to me), and then I eat slowly until my brain comes back to life and I begin to feel full, never bloated and in a food coma. I've lost roughly 30lbs since last June eating this way, and doing only moderate amounts of isometric and cardio exercising.

"Organic" store bought ---- is still raised the same as everything else, it's the biggest crock o' crap I've ever seen.
There's some stupid list of labels you are looking for, like "Farm raised organic free range chicken" or equally retarded government-regulated list to get what you are wanting.

some mean labels were printed with them on it.
"USDA Organic" is one of the few labels that means something. I'll throw in "100% grass fed" for beef/bison too. everything else is advertising.
anyway, shop at a farmers market. a real one. where you can say "hi bob" and bob is the guy raising your animals/vegetables.
you'll be in heaven when the tomatoes you cut open are bright red inside instead of whitish-pink and bred to sit at the bottom of an 8 foot high pile in the back of a tractor trailer.

We did. We also had duck and turkey eggs daily. For YEARS, I couldn't look at eggs.
Here in southern Bavaria, the whole town is full of little coops. Chickens, sheep, cows etc. everywhere. I buy fresh milk, cheese and eggs every few days.

All you high and mighty health nuts should just wait until you need all the high blood pressure meds, cholesterol meds and cararact surgery, then you can complain.
They also had me collecting sap from the trees for syrup, breeding pigs for baby shish kabobs and the llamas and sheep were more for fun.

I miss that life style every now and then, but I'm glad I didnt get sucked into it so deep that it was for life.
Here's a more recent picture of the chicken setup. When I was there it was only the larger one that's on the left. Looks like they increased the quantity since I left and made a second coop.
Sadly i've seen it..
Chop stick legs, chop stick arms.. chop stick torso.. soccer ball belly.
They do not... theres no options for you to add any information.

I stick to liquor, mainly the cheap stuff, a bottle will normally last me two weekends in college.
Yeah, I'm skinny, but at least I'm proportional. I'm happy with my body and I think that's all that matters.
I'm in the khaki's with the gray/blue striped shirt:
Yeah, and how old are you? Used to be, I wanted to lose weight, I cut out the sugar in my morning coffe for a week. Since 50, I can't lose a pound even if I work my *** off raking the lawn on Saturday and am sore all day Sunday.

I certainly can't claim to be as pure as I described in my earlier post. I drink coffee 4-5 days a week and damn if I don't put sugar in it, but that's the only thing I add sugar to. And ---- just tonight I went and ate some cheap tacos that were nowhere near healthy, but on the whole I'm doing pretty well.

another thing sticking to farmers market foods (and not prepackaged, processed food) will do? it will fix your cholesterol problem.
mine is better now at 37 than when I was mid 20s. I ate like crap. Now I spend real money on food because I'm made out of that food. If you want to build a malfunctioning pile of skin and bones, eat whatever discount excuse for food you want.
From last July:
HDL 53 mg/dL
LDL 96 mg/dL
Cholesterol 167 mg/dL
Triglyceride: 92 mg/dL
also note that I eat pretty much all "full fat" stuff (no reduced calorie BS) and I eat red meat fairly often, grass fed if possible. yum!

5'10" 150 lbs (down from a max of 167 lbs about 4 months ago and 164 lbs 2 months ago). 12% body fat. 21.5 BMI.
Dropped the excess fat by eating protein, fat, and veggies and cutting out grains, sugars, and vegetable oils (and limiting starches like potatoes and rice).
