what's a 7 year gap?
In other news, I started watching the Firefly series with my wife-to-be on netflix on demand. she's kinda into it.

Im pretty stoked, but Im prepared for possible disapointment.
I remember seeing the first episode when it was new, god knows how long ago, and I have all the past seasons on DVD. So Im a fan, but Im a little concerned that it just wont be the same.

I can't wait for the new season. I've been watching the movies lately to refamiliarize myself. I'd watch Futurama over Family Guy, South Park, etc. any day. Also Firefly is awesome but they only got one season and a movie out of it.

Good news, everyone! I've invented a device that makes you read this in your head, in my voice!
I will judge the new series entirely upon the cleverness of Farnsworth's first monologue.
Yeah, I'm happy Futurama is back, but like some have already said, I got a bad feeling it won't be quite the same. Here's to hoping, though.
But if a show had to come back, I'd want it to be Firefly. As for Summer Glau, I'd take either Jewel Staite or Morena Baccarin over her any day (in that order).

Wow, Firefly fans here. Nerd quotient just went up.
Anyone seen Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog? It's a 45ish minute musical Joss Whedon created during the writer's strike. Nathan Fillion and Neil Patrick Harris. Over-the-top cheesy but fantastic writing.
