I went on spadworld.net for info on building a spad. Those coroplast rc planes. After everything was done, i was in 500 dollars, According to them, i needed awesome radios and stuff, better than i have in my mustang apparently. I was still new, i rarely fly the plane, even though it flys great and hauls ***. But still, i'm in deep. The same way.

Been through it, with several different things. Guns, custom knives, R/C cars, Sentra SE-Rs, watches, lights, photo stuff...I've escaped several times. Some of those interests died completely (R/C, SE-R's), some I toned down to reasonable levels (guns, knives, watches, lights, photo stuff).

Hey, you.... ****** at Lackland, thanks to you I was reading this thread while being near my father-in-law, and he saw that SPAD forum website... I think his life is in paril now, becuase as of a month ago, he got into the RC airplane hobby, and how he just now discovered the power of forums.
