yes but skateboarders are the least of Baltimore's concerns....and which is why it's in the state it is right now. I try my best to stay out of Baltimore.

Download a few seasons worth of the TV show The Wire. It's filmed and takes place in the same city. This cop certainly doesn't deal with areas depicted in the show though.

Having lived in Germany (Munich) for 5 years, I can certainly say that Baltimore is a different world. Baltimore is always in the top 3 cities for murders per capita in the US. The area this took place in is the nice tourist area though.

There was no assault. The cop is a douche, but didn't do anything that isn't justifiable. He handled himself poorly, but not criminally. All the kid had to do was say "yes, sir/officer" and "no, sir/officer". instead he acted like a smart mouth punk.

 

Next time something like this happens to me I'll make sure to cut out the beginning where the yelling was justifiable and post it on you tube and cry cause im a little bitch who tripped when pulled a skateboard out of my hands; **** you pansy *** ******. get a ******* life.
