got some work done on the LS1 today

Default got some work done on the LS1 today

finally a cool day, got a new LS7 clutch, slave cyl., flywheel, and rear main installed today, tomorrow maybe I'll do the camshaft.

Oh yah, and a pilot bushing.

Philip may I suggest a direct port two stage fogger set-up for the LS1?

working on the cam now. Having a hell of a time keeping the engine from jumping around while I jump on the breaker bar attached to the crank bolt.

I stuck a metal punch through a hole in the flywheel with the starter removed.

I'm standing on the end of an 18" breaker and jumping up and down, the bolt hasn't budged.

probably not, not to mention it's probably not great on the thrust bearings. it's long since off, anyhow.

cam's in, just need to button up the timing cover and water pump, need new gaskets and a longer crank bolt to pull the pulley on.
