I have a dealership that has a 00 miata - same as the one I posted before (same as in, same color, trim and everything). The mileage on the odo is 119k. the carfax has a rollback from 10k miles to 0 miles in the first few months, car had 2 accidents (the rear body panel is still pushed in by around 1" - the keyhole and the lock are 1" apart. They want 8000 for it. I offere 4100. they said that 7900 is the lowest they can go. they gave someone ona trade in $7500 last month. ouch for them. someone really stupid might buy it though.

 

you did exactly right as the buyer it is ultimatley your right to walk away no matter what they say you are the person in controll how long you keep controll depends on how well the wrangle you into paper work. You are a buyer after my own heart for sure.

 

The nashville one is gone. I'd have loved to have got the white one. They look decent on silver. It had no defrost. Either way, it's gone.
