Default Great way to start my morning...................not

To make a simple story short, I was zoned out on my way to work on the interstate and saw something fly out from the car in front of me out of the corner of me eye. I was much less zoned out when I heard BAMMMM!

Some decent sized piece of road debris took out my pass side mirror. ****. My luck would have it that I just bought a set of Bomex aero mirrors. Well, I was planning on getting them painted in the next few weeks, but it looks like that scedule will get bumped to ASAP so I can get them installed.

Cool Bomex mirrors...

damn mike......this sucks to hear......but at the same time good to hear bout the replacements! they look good.

are they already in your possession? or are the still on their way?

Atleast it didn't hit the windshield or scuff your beautiful paint.

Mike i'm sure it's not an option to you, but damn i love the CF mirrors that slickauto and 949 offer
they would look killer on your car!!! $249.oo + S & H

At least it didn't hit your brand new Acura mdx on the hood like me. I have a huge dent and paint of on my hood so pissed

So how does it feel that the doppelganger has a broken mirror just like your car?? We should totally park next to eachother...with our matching broken mirrors and all

I feel your pain.. last Sat a similar thing happened to me on the way back from our local groups corner weight tech day... took an errant muffler in the passenger front wheel and door.

The only upside is since the wheel is dicked the ins. co. may be paying for the 6UL's I got from Sav...

just an FYI... the pass side Bomex mirror is totally unuseable IMHO (my old car you posted as an example) But they look so good!
