1/4"-1/2" mild steel, i gotta get the plans together, but im thinking the amount i need CNCd will be minimal.

Im gonna try to find a place here to do the water jetting, and hopefully get those splitter done.

Brain you have a dwg or something i can send off to get priced?

LOL, if you are gonna build one, you might as well build a few dozen. They sell for a stupid amount of money and the mandrels are no fun to build... I did one by hand in Aluminum. It was a trip making it.
