hah, i had someone do that with my celica once. i called them up and was like "that car is awesome." and started asking about the details specific to my car. like if you call and ask about the hole in the headlight and roll barz and sticker on the front lip.

actually the VA plate is nearly indistinguishable from a CA plate from that far.



except there's no stickers on the FRONT plate.
