me: it was 10 bucks in your flier
clerk: 10? ok

When I worked at HF I said. Print out the flyer mr/mrs. customer. I could lose my job. Then I would sell them some insurance.

Before I got to HF I always go to the web to see if they have it listed cheaper. Then I print the page and take it with me along with one of the huge stack of 20% off coupons I have. Sometimes you can get a really good deal like that.

I just started working at Wal-mart. If something is mislabled, or its understandable how you could think its one price when it rings up as something else (sign placement, ect) a Manager can, and in alot of cases will, change the price.

Wirelessly posted

When I worked at HF I said. Print out the flyer and then I would hit them in the head with my axe and then take all their twenties and build a fort out of cake.

I first started seeing them in a NRA magazine called America's 1st Freedom. They were in there every month (I had a 1 year free sub when I was in the NRA). I have since seen them in several other mags (I think Car and Driver) but they show up in our local Sunday paper almost every week. Usually there is a coupon for a free (no purchase necessary) 3.5" LED flashlight right beside it.

I'm heading there tomorrow, got to get some rather large jackstands for my truck. I will try this Jedi mind trick, I'm confident I will find a weak minded clerk.

From what I hear that coupon is hit or miss. If I can not locate a 20% coupon in the magazines at Barnes and Noble this afternoon I might try it out next week when I possibly buy an engine hoist.

Works every time I use it at my local HF. It's from their website and when I print it out, it has their web address on the top. Never met a rocket scientist cashier there.
