I did last week. some weird error....
I set my cookies privacy setting down to medium high and was re-able to access...

I'm not able to access my hotmail either. It just loads and loads and loads, but never goes to the login page.

This man speaks the truth. I got really tired of hotmail going down all the time. I can't think of more than one time that gmail went down since i've had it, and that was for only about two minutes.
