How do I buy oil? (stock / futures / etc)

I want to go long on oil but I am not exactly sure how to go about it. I'd love to buy some sort of 2x index. Anyone know how and can explain it in a way that would get through my thick skull?

After I took a loss on Nat Gas ETF (UNG), I got out of fuel stocks.

I'm more of a pink sheet/OTC gambler type.
