Here's the deal... without using the internet, I want to be able to send real-time video from my phone other phones within wifi distance so they can view what my phone is seeing.


I need an Android and ios solution. Can I do it without the use of an off-board hot-spot, or is there a way to connect all the phones together with the video'ing phone as the "master"?

Or, can I plug (hard-wire) an iphone into an Ipad and send the video over a cable, using the Ipad as a TV?

If I do need a Hotspot, is a Picostation the way to go?

Other options?
