Here is one. I had seriously been using my cheap ebay radiator since we had the first group buy on them back in 2008.

How long have you been out of college? One of my good friends got an MBA a few years back and he said he was extremely glad he went and worked for several years before getting it. He said the kids who just graduated from undergrad and did not have a few years of experience working did not get as much out of the MBA program as the ones that had worked in the real world.

Is the car presently missing both a downpipe and a differential? If so, then yes, this will probably improve the expected resale value of the car.

Aside from that, no. To your average buyer, saying "I just installed a 2.5" downpipe and a torsen limited-slip diff" isn't going to matter one bit in terms of the amount of money they're willing to part with. The secondary market for modified cars is pretty terrible, and even more so with "niche" vehicles like the Miata. It took me three attempts to get $4,000 out of my '92, which was a very clean car with a recent dyno chart showing 210 HP. The guy who wound up buying it couldn't have cared less about what size the downpipe was or what kind of differential I had in it. He just wanted to be sure that the 17" wheels came with it. He didn't even care that I'd pulled off the "old" (FCM revalved) Bilsteins and replaced them with a "brand new" set of raceland coilovers.

(And before you judge me, I took the wheels in trade for a sofa which I desperately needed to get rid of. I never actually drove on them.)

Holy ----, one of my best developers just asked me to fix the internet. No joke.

He just realized that after switching to a new 3rd party monitoring service that has nodes across the world polling our applications that 3rd world countries don't have very good service reliability. He also noticed that the speed of light affects transit times as well as congestion across international links.

He would like to know how my team can fix it because over 20% of our clients are international.

Some of the devs on my team ask me to also do equally stupid things that I can not possibly control.

It's ridiculous that I have to pay $25 and file an application for a permit to place a 7'x7' storage shed in my own backyard.

-1 props, you race-baiting, tea-bagging, capitalist-pig. That $25 ensures the trespasser in your yard wont be injured when trying to rob your tools.

You want to know why that trespasser needed to steal my tools to feed his family? BECAUSE MY SUCCESS DEPENDED ON KEEPING HIM POOR AND I FELT THAT WAS AN ACCEPTABLE SACRIFICE.
