It's a slow night so I'll post some entertainment. Music for your listening pleasure. Forgive me, my musical tastes are as varied as my emotions.
First off, some Edvard Greig-Into The Hall of The Mountain King. Short, yet powerful.
Next some Bach-Toccata and Fugue. Somewhat long but very classy.
Something newer? OK, Pink Floyd Pigs-Three Different Ones
How about some surf guitar? Dick Dale & The Del Tones-"Misirlou"
Lets speed it up shall we.The Prodigy- Breathe. I love this video.
311...why not? Beautiful Disaster
We'll cap it off with something subtle, Marilyn Manson - Beautiful People

Here is a question.
Some evil person creates a fake open AP. I connect to the AP cause... hey free internet. That persons steals data from me.
Who is at fault.. me for connecting to a network that I don't own, or them for stealing my data while on their network?

not the most beautiful shoe in the world, but supposedly comfortable and helps to firm up and kill more calories. I am in dire need of new running shoes, and I have a really bad back, so the less pain on impact, the better.
Skechers Resistance Runner (offshoot of Shape-Ups. For more active types, runners mostly)

I don't know about the "correcting your stride thing" but I think the rest of the sales pitch is BS.
Quote:
•burns 13.2% more calories per hour
•increases calf muscle activation by 68%
•increases back muscle activation by 85%
•increases hip muscle activation by 71%
•reaches your fat burning zone 11% faster
If these make walking that much harder most people will just walk less or more slowly. There are no free rides when it comes to fitness.

You guys sure are a cheap bunch lol ebay parts everywhere and whatnot. You've never seen shoes go for $150+? You've never seen shirts and pants cost that much either? Jeez. I mean I don't spend more than $20 on a pair of pants or $15 on a shirt, but shoes are way more important as every muscle and bone in your body is pretty much affected when you walk or run.
