Relgion is the source of all hate. we then should treat all religion with hate.

hmmmmm....guess he was right.

I bought some shin protection for deadlifts today. Form will be perfect, numbers will be huge, success is mine.

Srsly. And Hustler, as a "militant" atheist you should know who he is.

Not being able to sleep is balls.

Other than the engine troubles I posted about, today I also found out that the University program I'm applying for was unable to calculate my GPA correctly.

Apparently, having degrees from more than one place made them unable to perform what should be pretty simple math to derive my GPA over multiple transcripts. It does not look very promising for that university, I'm debating on if I should apply somewhere else right now. But the program is supposedly an extremely good one, even if the admissions office is incompetent :(. Argh, major frustration there as I've been waiting months on them to get back to me.

lol @ being a huge ----- with tiny forearms and no grip. Magensium carbonate will help with your grip, I use it every day. I repped 385lbx4 yesterday, raw.

Meh. I use it too. But it's easier with straps.

It's also easier to go through life being a bottom pig. Next time you lift up that 200lb and feel like you've accomplished something, remember that Hustler is doubling it, and pulling double the weight "raw". It's another reason I have 16" forearms, lol

I had to use those at some fashionable gym which had olympic bars with almost zero knurling.

If you have a decent bar and use straps then you're a big fat puss. Two days ago I did 350 and haven't done deadlift for a while. Lots of kettlebell though.

Try using cross grip and you can also do the whole thumb locking method too.

I'm around ~185lb. so I'm getting there. I was actually struggling with only 95lbs due to how low the weights were putting the bar and I was having to do like a half squat-full deadlift. Probably be doing sets of 145-155lbs next time around.

I did a half hour presentation on curling for my public speaking class my freshman year of college.

Doppelgänger 01-12-2012 01:29 PM

Did it make you want to give it a try?
I see there is a curling league in Atlanta, but they meet on Monday nights...while I am at school. Damn.
