Default Hyundai Concept Genesis Coupe. Waddu think?

Base trim will come from a 2.0-liter four with some 200 horsepower or the optional 3.8-liter, 300 horsepower V-6 with power sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual or auto gearbox. I read else where that the 4 banger might come turbo charged.

More info here. http://www.motortrend.com/photo_gall...photo_gallery/

I really like it as long as the price is right .

You know, that's the funny thing. Back when Hyundai was rubbish they were using Mitsubishi bits. They're a good brand now and everyone just blindly points and laughs at them.

300hp, rear wheel drive, prolly under 30K, 100k warranty. What else can you get? If you ask me you cant go wrong.

prolly the USofA, lol

on the serious note, Hyundai is nothing to joke about...all of you that have been in the retail side, you know that the first thing everyone talks about is price....you are also familiar with the asian word "toohigh" (everyone in the retail side knows this one) and this is why Hyundai has gotten so big, they own Michelin for crying out loud...
about 65% of americans are considered sub-prime but they all still need cars, again, Hyundai thrives on this for their growth. so what they repo thousands of them a month, the banks only loan these people money if they put a good bit of equitty in the loan anyway, so not much is lost...
so, make a cheap car and sell tons of them and you'll make a lot of money, most people don't give a **** that every design is stolen from another major manufacturer...it pisses me off and that why ill never buy one, but most people do not care, they believe everything a salesman tells them...good for the salesman, lol
Hyundai will continue to grow at the expense of other reputable manufacturers and americans will keep on buying them up, because the price is considerably lower than toyota/honda/nissan etc. but it will eventually get there as well

Look their build quality is fine, but they handle like *******. They must spend like no money on R&D of suspension and braking, because those are the two areas i REALLY have beef with their brand.

Hyundai/Kia has a test track about 20 miles north of me, right next to Honda's test track. California City, don't bother googling it or searching for it. Touch your butthole and smell your finger, same effect.

Gentlemen... and ladies... you're looking at the next big drift car. I can pretty much guarantee it'll be well affordable and the dipshit ricerbois will eat it up. My money is on this being the next Civic.

Well, that doesn't mean anything, just because a GM owns Opel doesn't make it any less of a German company.

Anyways, I couldn't find anything about Michelin that says Hyundai owns them. Michelin owns the tire and rubber manufacturing divisions of BF Goodrich and owns Uniroyal U.S.A.

I don't see a company that is the second largest tire manufacturer in the world being owned by a small-ish car company like Hyundai/Kia. Of course Wikipedia isn't filled with every single fact, although I'd assume something like that would be a major fact.
