Infocus support sucks anyway. I had a whirring sound in my 4805 and they told me to upgrade to another projector (IN72 I think) and wouldn't even fix my 4805. It's working fine now though. Loved my x1 but the 4805 is better because of native 16X9 which makes it brighter.
The price of Infocus bulbs for x1 make it worth it to simply upgrade to a better projector at this point.
