Am I the only one here that thinks its going to break the car? Hearing the engine scream to redline has me really really worried sometimes. I do it because I need to tune my fuel, but every time I do it I slightly cringe.

Stupid thing to worry about probably, but I cant help it, sounds un normal for an engine to rev that high. I guess its because I grew up with V8's.

i bounced off the rev limit alot when I was non turboed, now I have much less of a need.

I think thats when the engine sounds best. When I had my open downpipe it made people think the world was coming to an end.

 

Sheesh im sorry, but I told you guys. I grew up with V8's, red line was 5500 rpm. I have had my car for 2 years now, and its always bugged me just a bit.
