I love Dallas. I've spent some time in NoVA and Maryland. Although they are nice, its no doubt that Dallas, Texas is home. NoVA and DC are bad *** and all, but if that's America, I'm definitely a Texan before an American.

The big city has that Southern California feeling of excess, and its great if your single because women take their physical appearance personally. Your only 40 miles from a country road, and soon we'll have 3 race tracks a maximum of 40 minutes from the center of Dallas.

I live in a suburb 20 minutes from downtown, 1300'sg, garage, on the Trinity river is $773 per month.

Let me just tell you that I would never pay $350K for our house.....I'm thinking that if I can get a nice engineering job around Blacksburg I would love to live here. The mountains are nice, lots of twisties for fun weekend drives (right beside skyline drive), and I could have alumni prices on Hokie football tickets for the rest of my life. What beats that?
Easy Radford chicks?
