Yea he said it was also used as a mood stabilizer or some ****, but he said if anything it'll just keep me level headed. All I know is its the first prescription I have ever taken in my life, and I finally quit smoking. I concentrate alot better, and have zero cravings for a cig. I tried cheating the first week, and just holding a cigarette didn't feel right.

I took Wellbutrin, Zyban, Bupropion (all the same). It made me feel like ****. Slow moving, dry mouth, heavy limbs. That's when I went for the patch.

I smoked a few cigs a couple years back, I was 16 or so. They don't do anything for me. I don't really see how people can enjoy smoking to the point of doing it on a daily/hourly basis. When you think about...what are you getting out of that cigarette? You pay a shitload of money for it, you put it in your mouth, light it on fire, and breathe in smoke. Who came up with that?

stick with it man, I quit awhile back to where I don't have an craving anymore and only smoke when I get stressed to the point of getting sick but the lack of craving is nice.

I found that after the first two weeks had passed most of the cravings where gone it was the habit of smoking that was hard. Such as going to the bar and having a drink I would smoke cause it was a habit.

Keep up the good work man, and do anything you can to stop thinking about it.

Seriously cloves smell like burning donkey.
Depends on the clove. There are quite a few of them out there. I smoke the Blacks.. and surprisingly i get compliments now and then on how it smells.

HAHA, good job man! Quitting smoking is not hard. The tricky part is figuring out what to do with yourself in the time you usually smoke.

Quit for your health UrbanSoot...you ARE way too skinny!

My GF helped me out with a few extra BJs a week. Seems to help relieve some stress.

I think the 1st 24hours is the most difficult in a way. In 17 years I don't think I went more than 8-10 hours with out a smoke, and that's only because I had to sleep or be on a plane. 24 hours with nothing was a major milestone.

Keep it up, and don't substitute anything. Just be secure in the knowledge that you are winning and there is no turning back.

smoke filterless cigs... you'll hate it and want to quit for sure lol.

Yeah, i hear a lot of people gain weight when they quit because they start eating more lol. I still smoke my 2-4 day and well, i still eat like a goddamn horse!

Dude, realistically its way too soon to say "no more cravings"

Make it a week at the very least, being around smokers, doing **** you would normally smoke during. Like for me I usually smoked a good amount when I was out drinking.

1 or 2 days is a good start no doubt, but wayy too soon to know what withdrawal is. Keep it going and goodluck
