Image Resizer Powertoy for VISTA/7... FINALLY
I could kick Microsoft in the junk for not doing this themselves, but finally I've found a clone.
This is the easiest way to resize images for uploading to wherever. Just right-click, RESIZE PICTURES, select size, OK.
There's an advanced menu you'll want to see what's in there, but for 99% of forum posting, this is the EASIEST way possible to take a huge-*** 4mb image you took with your 12mp DSLR and get it down to about 50kb that will upload instantly.
The onle for XP is on the Powertoys Page on the Microsoft Website... for VISTA or 7 32/64bit, this is the place:
