Thank you.

I tried to go for the look of an old magazine article which had been scanned, as that seemed more credible (and harder to verify / debunk) to me than some website. I'm surprised that nobody was suspicious about the fact that the page in question contained exactly the whole section related to the coins, and nothing more, and nothing less. That was the only part that I lazied out on, as I was too tired to come up with a bunch of extra copy.

I'd venture to say it could idle forever like with those parts JB welded.

I can't wait for vids.

JB is plenty strong, but it cracks easy. I agree with Milton Tucker over on m.net.

"I give it 5 minutes. when the pistons get warm, say above 300 degrees the epoxy will weaken significantly allowing the blocks to separate from the piston tops. I foresee valve train damage in your future."

Though looking at his meticulous prep work I'm inclined to think bearing failure as well. So maby it'll be a race to see what fails first.

Possible epic thread developing - 3.8 Mustang Message Board

I'm on over there gust for their epic off topic, and the fact my roommate (MilesinPCB) has a 3.8 turbo Mustang.

"I guarantee these plates are lighter than a 50cent piece which is supposedly what the racing team used and I doubt my car will see the same abuse as a race car."

"Hey guys I cranked the engine over after I bolted the head back up, and I smashed the plugs closed. I think what I'll do is jb-weld some drill bits together so they're long enough to reach into the block through the holes and drill a little spot in all of the pistons."
