I'm even hesistant to get a pitbull, since real Staffie's are in the 50-60lb range. Not a match if they were to get mad at each other.

 

Our youngest has the poops. Taking him to the vets tomorrow. He still hams it up for a photo.

Those are ownership branding, not scratch marks. He is making sure people know you are his human.

 

I bet if you roll him up in a towel first, he'll see the light and want cuddles for the next 13 yrs. Then again, he'd probably set the towel on fire with that stare.

 

My old tomcat from years ago always insisted I wear proper attire before any cuddling or belly rubbing could take place. He was very formal like that.
