The Devon Rex cats are also hypoallergenic to a certain extent. They have fur, but it's short and supposedly they don't produce a lot of dander and whatnot. One of my friends in Seattle got a couple of these because she was mildly allergic to regular cats, and these ones don't bother her at all. They're quite playful, they like fetch, and will come when you call them. They don't look nearly as freakish as Mr. Bigglesworth because they're not totally naked.

Would you happen to be an old creepy lady? Then it would make the most sense.

Honestly, if i didn't live in such a small place I'd probably have at least 7.

I'm trying to convince my wife we need a Savannah kitten, one of those is like 3 cats.

Polly/Pollinator/Pollinatronicon:
This pose pretty much sums up our roles in the house

...constant hell on Earth destruction, games, and general ******* with me. She stuck her paw in my mouth while I was sleeping a few nights ago; I'm not really sure why but she's done that before, then stares at me for a while. This is what happens when you adopt a dumpster kitten...they act really sweet, then they murder your family.

Not really sure what's going on here, but not surprised

My point exactly...and that's why her bed is a love-seat.

We've got 2 Devon Rex cats. About 60% of people alergic to cats are alergic to the dander in the fur. Devons don't have that dander so those folks can be around them. The other 40% are alergic to cat's saliva. Devons are no help there but neither are the sphynx cats.

Devons are unusual looking with curly hair and unusual faces but they are great cats. Very social and playful. Sometimes described as "dog" like. Mine great me at the door and one is a fetching maniac.

my cats wait at the door/windows if I'm not home on time. Wife says they go crazy if I'm not home when I should be.

but cats have "no" personality, so that cant be.

fwiw, there are more cats as pets than dogs.

Was in Costa Rica for a couple weeks last month. Spotted a Margay just as we were leaving. I guess it's extremely rare to actually see wild cats but this damn thing was right in the parking lot of the hotel! Makes me want a Savannah cat too.
