^^^^^ Yeah, I get greeted everyday when I come home from work. Our youngest hugs my shoe and the oldest has his routine. He will greet me and then retreat to the family room, where he falls over awaiting a full tummy/back/head rub.

 

 

agreed, my cat freaks the **** out when I leave for work, let alone thinks he is going to die when I am gone for tour with the Air Force.

 

Have tried leaving for six months? I was gone for a summer once (had some friends stay in the apartment and take care of the cat.) When I got back he deliberately ignored me. Really, it was the silent treatment; he was pissed at me and refused to offer any affection for a good 24 hours.
