After a few tests, we strongly believe this big fella has lymphoma. I start giving him prednisone tonight. Best case is probably 18 months or so.

I cant imagine losing my best bud bud atm... :<

I've already had to bury my two dogs two weeks ago because of a coyote... of which I trapped and killed.

 

i think the hardest part is that he's like a giant teddy bear but he's also the biggest ******* cat ever.

Really sorry to hear about the poor guy, I know someday I'll lose one but can't actually imagine how bad it will feel.

All you can do is accept it that they have a shorter life than you. All you can do is love them while they are there and remember that you and they have had a great life together. Obviously it doesnt make it any easier but still...

 

I shouldn't be enabling him.
