I'd rather have the Porsche next door though... At least with it you have a community that can help you with problems you will for sure have. Who else has that Lambo that you would be able to find and ask about a fucked up wiring issue.

The Lancia Aurelia reminds me of the Cisitalia on display in MOMA.

Good try. Mongooses are the natural enemy of cobras; it was supposed to make prospective buyers think the Mangusta was the match for a Shelby Cobra.

How about an Opel GT? Incredibly simple, affordable, lighter than a miata, transverse leaf front suspension, good looking IMO, and awesome manual pop-up headlights. You can find lots of them for under $5,000 in decent condition. I've been on their forum for awhile now... lots of great support.

I passed a black Opel GT sitting in some guys lot the other day, looking like it might be for sale. Very tempting to go look into it further. Looks like one of those "it runs, but needs some work" cars, and I don't need one of those right now at all. But of course any car that old, especially an Opel is going to require work. Those cars are pure sex though. Beautiful lines.

French, i love it even though the 400 does look a little like an 80's supra.

Understandable since it is a De Tomaso Mangusta. It was the predecessor to the Pantera.

Chicksdigmiatas; what model Alfa is the last one pictured. I had a '66 Guilia Sprint GT. I'm guessing it is a late '60s or early '70s GTV.
