haha that's crazy...I realize how dangerous it is and stuff, but that's gotta be a little bit of a thrill. "hey dude, lets go run over a bunch of fences, get arrested, and then have to pay way more than every fence is worth." I wonder why he thought that was worth it...I woulda shot that **** if he ran through my yard.

You guys take killing another human quite lightly.

My thoughts:
There are good people and bad people. Crazy people who drive Jeeps all over the place risking the lives of good people need to be taken out for the betterment of society. Think of how nice it would be if just 10% of the worst people in the world disappeared. All the rapists, all the murderers, all the bank robbers, all the crazy crackheads that drive around recklessly in stolen vehicles, and Michael Vick.

I'm not saying that I would do it, I'm just pointing out that the world would be a better place in which to live.

Only as lightly as the person willing to take you or your loved ones life by driving like that.

Yeah, i know
Just so common around this forum to read "i'd shoot that ****** straight up", and then, a few threads down "what do you like my new gun, btw, i just got my concealed carry permit"

Kinda makes me wonder sometimes, hopefully it's just immaturity and testosterone.

Yes, immaturity and testosterone will often make you wonder about people but you will grow out of that <G>.

I have a CWP and lots of guns. I enjoy taking my gun to the range and doing a little target practice. I am a law abiding citizen and do not wish to kill anyone - ever. I will protect myself and my family if needed and do recognize that there is a difference between right and wrong. I believe that criminals have far too many protections and apologists.

Maybe its adrenaline but in most chases I see, what makes these people run for it at the end of a chase. In this case you've done just about everything imaginable, in a vehicle, to escape and have failed. So what do you do? Let's run and hide in a building??? WTF!!?? Man, just exit the vehicle and get on the ground.

You're right. Agreed here. Personally, i'd prefer more people get out to protest the federal reserve instead, as has been the case for this liberal black president.

And is that the old dream of "do as we say don't do as we do", or the dream of "if you don't do as we say and not as we do we'll impose our slightly one sided belief system upon you until you do - with force if necessary"?

Or is that the dream of "We're not the boss of you now and we're not so big........."

I'm just curious......... cause the previous preseident was a rather disturbing and possibly a little "one-eyed" example from the point of view of many of us down here south of the equator......

It wouldn't matter what person was in that office. There are other factors at work taking care of there agendas, not that I let it worry me. Make good choices and things will work out.

I completely agree, and I've also wondered if the American criminal isn't a different breed. Maybe they're more brazen, and less sensitive to the lives they endanger, and we're justified in being ready for the worst. Maybe it's media hype, and we're just reminded of the possibilities more often.

All I know is I've seen what people are capable of, and I won't stand idly by and allow anything to happen to my family that I could possibly prevent.

Hopefully it never matters.
