LS6 Miata
Had a chance to meet this guy at a meet Saturday night. Words can not decribe this car. Just un-*******-real. Here's a video of him at an autocross:

There's a company in Jacksonville that's now building selling LS-X engine conversion kits for the Miata...tubular front sub-frame, tranny mount and diff. mounts: http://racingconcepts.net/

Dunno, they just came out with the formal announcement a couple weeks ago over at the Engine Conversions section of the M.net forum. I think someone mentioned that the diff. mount alone was selling for ~$1,000.
Sounds like it'll be pretty goddamn expensive compared to the Granny's kits for the RX-7, although probably a lot cleaner/nicer.

I don't know that this Racing Concepts LS kit for the Miata looks that much more involved than the 302. What're you looking at?
I thought the RC subframe looked fraile - I'd expect something to run from the cross piece to the legs. There was a post on mnet stating the rear end arrangement was $1250 -
