Costco always uses torque wrenches.

In fairness, any good impact has adjustable torque.

 

I used torque sticks when the shop had them, at others I used torque wrenches. Most shops at least have color-coded torque wrenches set to a preset value (blue wrench 80 ft/lb, 19mm, etc.) I always torqued wheels correctly but a lot of the other guys didn't.

I want to know what sort of measurement an inch / foot is...

 

1 (inch / foot) = 1 inch / 1 foot = 1 inch / 12 inch = .083
