made my first metal salad today. i was waiting for it and it snuck up on me. made it about 1500 miles. ended up breaking it going up ceasar's head mountain. made it about half way up and broke a tooth off. drove it to the top and coasted back down and then on the flats at the bottom of the mountain it lost it and broke all to ****... awwwsome sound, even have some video

So when are ya gonna put the body pannels back on the car? I would think that would be a cop magnet like that, mainly because they wonder why the **** the body is all torn off

 

How do you guys drive in flip flops. I've tried to drive in sandals to pick up milk and I have a hard time. Feet got all caught up in the pedals. Would definitely never try it with some spirited driving. It must be the skills.

I kick my flip-flops off and drive barefoot as often as possible.

That's a perfect example of why I did my 1.8 swap....you just never know when/how it will give....Ive hear stories of it blowing up on the highway, in the middle of drifting, cruising on a backroad....at 200rwhp I was pushing my luck
